1. You identify the change happening and that new training is needed in your organization.

What is changing in your organization?  New regulations or policies to be communicated to staff? An upgrade to your ERP or any system with end users that need to know what’s new?  Think about what materials may or may not exist.  Think about subject matter experts (SMEs) that can collaborate on the training project. Know in your mind what will be the measure of success.  Call TIA, share this information, get a price and start the project!

2. We complete a Learning Discovery - confirming the learners, the objectives, the content sources, the course architecture, and the design elements.

TIA knows what questions to ask & quickly gets the information and background to confirm the learning need, build the objectives, outline the course, and identify sources of content.  We get your branding standards and design styles. And we collaborate to confirm the project success metrics!

3. We showcase a prototype with your branding and design, outline, and sample course pages.

You see the first deliverable!  The prototype showcases TIA’s suggested design elements incorporating your brand and colors, as well as the selected avatars, sample of interactions, and content pages. Most importantly you see the outline, and how best TIA suggests microlearning for the topics – each topic is bite-sized and between 2 to 5 minutes long to watch and interact. 

4. We leverage a large library of tools to enhance the course. You choose multiple avatars and custom graphics.

The prototype showcases TIA’s suggested design elements incorporating your brand and colors, as well as the selected avatars, sample of interactions, and content pages.  You confirm the avatars. We showcase our suggestions and You confirm the graphic style for any custom graphics and infographics.  If process information is needed – we no longer use swim lane diagrams – iconic infographics are cleaner and more intuitive for adult learners.  You choose what you like.

5. We add audio, writing a script and use an actor to record the audio.

You hear the narration and audio!  We showcase our suggestions and You confirm the voice style. 

6. We add animations, ensuring the learner is interacting and participating in the course.

You see and try the interactions!  No more death by PowerPoint – learners need interaction to help with knowledge transfer (and cognition). We showcase our suggestions and You confirm the animation style. 

7. We add assessments. Knowledge checks are embedded in the course or at the end to ensure learner compliance. You receive a report of the results.

If compliance or accurate knowledge or skill is required – we add assessments.  These are presented as Knowledge Checks throughout the eLearning course in topics as well as a final assessment at the end of the course. There are multiple parameters within the assessments that you can select, such as, 3 Strikes your out, or missing a question reminds you of the correct answer.  We can capture all learner results and provide detailed reports so you can show compliance with dates and assessment results!

8. You will get an improved, engaging, organized, eLearning course that is published to launch from you LMS*, webserver, and source files.
