TIA presents a readout of our findings, as well as suggestions for a blended learning solution and communications strategy. We identify your high-level business processes and how best to support the change. The blended learning solution includes outlines of the training curricula, as well as modes of delivery from self-paced, vILT or ILT, as well as hands-on scenarios. Supporting documentation is outlined such as, SOPs to Job Aids to Executive presentations. A Communication Plan is started and we discuss the multiple modes and techniques to keep your organization informed and prepared for change. All of this supports the Human Side of your transformation.

4. We showcase a prototype with your branding and design, outlines, sample training course pages and sample print materials.

7. We add proven engaging features – using avatars, animations, interactions, custom graphics, infographics, audio files, videos, scenarios, knowledge checks, gamification or any custom elements to ensure learners are active.

Tell me and I forget, teach me and I may remember, involve me and I learn
— Benjamin Franklin
An avatar welcomes you! You hear the narration and audio! You see the videos! You try the interactions! You select the answers in the knowledge check! No more death by PowerPoint – learners need interaction to help with knowledge transfer (and cognition). If process information is needed – we no longer use swim lane diagrams – iconic infographics are cleaner and more intuitive for adult learners. TIA uses a variety of animations and interactions for eLearning as well as hands on exercises and scenarios for in person learning - to keep your employees engaged.

8. We add assessments and knowledge checks either embedded in the course or at the end to ensure learner compliance. You receive a variety of reports on learner metrics, training data, and organizational results.

Typically during organizational change certain competencies need to be re-learned and new skills are required. If compliance or accurate knowledge or skill is required – we add assessments. These are presented as Knowledge Checks throughout the eLearning course in topics as well as a final assessment at the end of the course. There are multiple parameters within the assessments that you can select. We can capture all learner results and provide detailed reports so you can show compliance with dates and assessment results! In addition we can turn on gamification and build competition reports between work teams, plants or business units. Based on the measures of success, we can provide dashboard reports to showcase organizational results.

9. You will get a detailed Maintenance Plan to ensure proper care and updates to all materials.

Now that your library is built and launched and in use. It’s time to update! To keep your courses and materials current and relevant – TIA will design a Maintenance Plan that works for your organization. Depending on business cycles, software upgrades, regulation changes, TIA can provide all maintenance activities or work with your team to complete the work in a cost-effective timeline.

10. Your organization will have a continuous learning environment for your users to get self-support and ongoing reference as needed and new learners to see a complete curricula and view results of their training plan.

You receive your blended learning programs! Your communication strategy is working! Let’s get your employees learning and comfortable with your new way of doing business! Let’s review the metrics and results of your transformation.
Then as new employees join your organization the library portal serves as a continuous learning environment – providing the necessary information people need at work. Learners can launch the learning topic, understand the context and the procedures, interact with the learning, complete the knowledge check AND go back to work. This is Point of Work (POW) learning – and enables organizations to truly build a continuous learning environment.
