TIA assigns a multidisciplinary project team to every project.
Prior to coming onsite, our project team is fully briefed and
prepared to work on the specifics of your project.

PROJECT
MANAGER |
The primary liaison between TIA and the client, who manages the
development process, develops task schedules, writes progress
reports, and ensures quality control. S/he assigns the project
team and assists them with project management issues. S/he is
available to assist the client in identifying project goals, schedules,
milestones, and additional assistance that might be needed to
achieve the project goals. S/he ensures that all contract obligations
are met to your satisfaction.

INFORMATION
SPECIALISTS |
Information Specialists build content. They develop research
strategies, complete the content research, develop text, edit,
and identify appropriate graphics.

TRAINING
SPECIALISTS |
Training Specialists build training programs. They design the
training programs using instruction design methodologies; whether
classroom training, web-based (WBT), web-based facilitated (blended),
or video.

WEB
SPECIALISTS |
Web Programmers build online learning courses. They create multimedia
effects, graphics, and video. Also in this group are Production
Specialists who develop graphic arts, perform QA testing, create
the production of the review and final copies, and prepare the
computer files and any other deliverables.
