TIA has a strong project management framework that includes procedures,
tools, and documentation. TIA’s Project Management Process
(PMP) is an established, proven framework that enables TIA to
be flexible and responsive to their clients and to manage dynamic
projects smoothly.
Technical information today is a complex field requiring extensive
professional capabilities. The expertise TIA brings to its projects
ensures success for our clients. TIA assigns a multidisciplinary
project team to every project.
At the beginning of the project, TIA’s Project Manager discusses
project goals and logistics with the client liaison and documents
the client’s expectations and measures for project success.
These are used as a measurement during and after the project to
ensure that TIA meets our clients’ expectations and needs.
