The outcome is an interdisciplinary analysis and classification of your users, a content architecture and development plan, and prototypes of each document type.

TIA will provide you a cost estimate and resource schedule to meet your deadlines. TIA will then manage, develop, and deliver information about your organization's critical processes. TIA will also recommend knowledge management, learning management, and document management systems to deliver your organization's content over your intranet, extranet, or the Internet.
