TIA has developed diverse deliverables from
blended training programs that incorporate traditional classroom
courses, along with
self-paced Web-based self study, to simulations and online Help
systems. TIA works with a variety of software tools to create
these deliverables, and our focus is to leverage "tried-and-true"
tools instead of "bleeding-edge" software.
SIMULATIONS
TIA has created a number of simulations using products such
as RoboDemo and On Demand. Simulations are self-paced learning
tools that provide a safe environment for end users to become familiar
with new systems. Instead of using a test or training site that
must be refreshed with training data, simulations are self-contained tools
that showcase the following:
Show Me -- a movie or simulation in which the user is watching the task be
completed.
Prompt Me -- gives the user an opportunity
to move the mouse and to type in information that is corrected with
helpful prompts and guideposts.
Let Me -- gives the user the opportunity
to complete the task without guidance which ensures a competency and comfort-level
with the task.
WBT
Web-based Training (WBT) allows end users to learn at their
own pace and at a time that is convenient to them. Web-based training
can be used as an introductory course for instructor-led courses,
or as a stand-alone course. TIA creates customized Web-based
training to suit your organization's needs.
KNOWLEDGE
TRACK
Knowledge Track is a new integrated software solution that combines learning management,
performance support and custom content to meet your training
needs. TIA's Knowledge Track is a cost-efficient product for
delivering Web-based training and managing your corporate content.
