Job Description:
TIA has Web-based
training (WBT), virtual Instructor-led training (VILT), and Instructor-led
training (ILT) development projects. TIA is looking for people who
are knowledgeable in Instructional Design methodologies and know
how to design adult learning events, from course development through
assessment. Additionally, we are looking for Instructional Designers
who have Web design and simulation development experience, using
Web-development software, such as Dreamweaver or Flash, as well as
any of the many learning management system (LMS) software tools.
Successful candidates must have a PC and meet the IRS guidelines
for independent contractors.
Job

- Direct management
experience with project teams, and an understanding of how to resource projects,
as well as to manage the costs, hours, scopes and project risks.
- Good judgment with
