dAYA HAINES HADDOCK

Daya H. Haddock has 20 years of experience building entrepreneurial businesses focused on knowledge sharing, customer service, implementing marketing and branding strategies, and completing new software
product launches. Recently, she returned to TIA/ Technical Information Associates, Inc. bought the company with business partner Cindy Gibson, and was named Chief Operations Officer.

At TIA, she oversees professional services providing custom content development, knowledge management, training, online learning, and documentation programs for TIA’s customers. She is a frequent speaker on knowledge management and e-learning at local
and national conferences. Daya is the author of a section on E-Learning in a newly published book – Business Driven IT: 100 Answers That Every Manager Needs published by Stanford Press which was released in Fall 2003. Daya also has served in several board positions, including president, for the Mile High Chapter of the Data Processing Management Association (now the Association of Information Technology Professionals).

Prior to TIA, Daya was Director of e-Business with a network start-up and before that spent 8 years at U S West building the GV Labs team of the highly successful, rapid applications software engineering group within U S WEST that developed U S WEST's Global Village - one of the earliest world-class corporate intranets that has been profiled in CIO, Wired, Fortune, and ComputerWorld.

Prior to U S WEST, Daya was the head of the marketing and communications staff at Standard & Poor's Compustat. Her product development team, launched
the first client software product on the Windows platform and CD-ROM financial application for S&P.

Previously, Daya was a client relations and operations executive with TIA/ Technical Information Associates, Inc- a custom content, training, documentation, and consulting business. She holds a BA from The Colorado College. Also, she has completed Graduate courses at University of Denver's Daniels Business College.
