CINDY GIBSON

Cindy Gibson has over 17 years experience building successful professional service organizations that specialize in end-user support. As President of TIA, she is called upon to consult with major organizations on
their end-user information requirements and to implement organizational change through customized content solutions. She and the TIA team are also involved in the assessment of customer needs related to Knowledge Management, change management, and
integration of off-the-shelf web-based learning into end-user support strategies.

Prior to joining TIA, Cindy was the owner of Commitment to Change, Inc., a change management company that focused on supporting end users through ERP implementations. She was also the Vice President, North America of DA Consulting Group (DACG), a publicly held documentation and training company, headquartered in Houston, Texas. She led the development of branch offices throughout North America; established the world headquarters in Houston that led world-class research and development for end-user support; expanded
DACG consulting services to 150+ consultants and revenue exceeding $15M in a 7 year period, and was a member of a global management team that implemented DACG's global expansion. Her most valuable accomplishment was developing new business leaders and exceptional teams. She is a summa cum
laude graduate of Texas A&M University.
